Payment Failure Reasons There can be several reasons why a payment might fail:

Refunds are applicable only for selected digital goods or courses as per our refund policy. If you believe you qualify, please contact our support within 3 days of purchase with your order details.
You can enter your coupon code at checkout. Make sure the coupon is valid and hasn’t expired. If you face issues, reach out to our support team for assistance.
Making Courses
To change your account name, go to your Dashboard > Account Settings > Profile, and edit your name. Changes will reflect across your profile instantly.
Scroll to the bottom of any email you receive from us and click “Unsubscribe.” Alternatively, manage your email preferences from your Account > Notifications panel.
Go to your account dashboard, select Account Settings > Change Password. Enter your current password and the new password you'd like to use. Don’t forget to save changes.
